Steuben County and the City of Angola are teaming on this project which proposes widening the roadway to include two 12-foot travel lanes with 10-foot shoulders (4-foot paved and 1-foot gravel) and provide open side ditches.  The at-grade railroad crossing along this corridor will also be widened and improved to include additional safety measures.  The total length of improvements is approximately 3,060 feet.
