NAME/GENDER CHANGE
To file a name change/gender marker change:
- See the State of Indiana Self-Service Center, follow instructions, fill out all documents & print
- You need ONE original and ONE (1) extra copy of all filings. You must bring to Clerk's office to file
- Filing fee is $157.00, must be paid at the time of filing (cash, money order, or certified check) (No Personal Checks)
- You must publish a notice in the newspaper 3 times (after you've received your court date) before your court date
