LOHUT
Overview
LOHUT stands for Local Option Highway User Tax and is comprised of two separate taxes known as the "wheel tax" and the "motor vehicle excise surtax." The navigation pane to the left provides links to frequently asked questions, tax rates, additional LOHUT documents, and the Indiana Code relating to the wheel tax and motor vehicle excise surtax.
