Vision Statement
We, employees of Northeast Indiana Community Corrections, envision as organization that is known for its effective measures taken to help reduce the recidivism rate through education and collaboration.
We see an organization providing evidence-based intervention and modification programming through community service, cognitive behavior therapy, education and skills training, as well as drug and alcohol courses. We hope that by providing such tools and opportunities our offenders will learn how to become successful and productive citizens of our community.
We view ourselves as effective tools in the creation of a community of law-abiding and responsible citizens.
